1. Return Eligibility
Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
Products must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.
2. Packaging Requirements
Items should be returned in the same packaging they were shipped in.
Open or damaged packaging will be eligible for a partial refund in the form of an AllMe Clothing gift card:
Opened packaging: Eligible for up to 80% of the original value in gift cards.
Destroyed packaging: Eligible for up to 50% of the original value in gift cards.
3. Refund Process
A refund will be issued to your original payment method for items meeting the return requirements.
Gift cards for partial refunds will be emailed within 5–7 business days after the return is processed.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Sale items, custom orders, or items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.
