1. Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

  • Products must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.

2. Packaging Requirements

  • Items should be returned in the same packaging they were shipped in.

  • Open or damaged packaging will be eligible for a partial refund in the form of an AllMe Clothing gift card:

    • Opened packaging: Eligible for up to 80% of the original value in gift cards.

    • Destroyed packaging: Eligible for up to 50% of the original value in gift cards.

3. Refund Process

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method for items meeting the return requirements.

  • Gift cards for partial refunds will be emailed within 5–7 business days after the return is processed.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items, custom orders, or items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.
